God’s Love We Deliver: A Thanksgiving Tradition of Giving Back

As Thanksgiving approaches, the non-profit organization God’s Love We Deliver is gearing up to provide medically tailored meals to thousands of households in the New York City area. With the help of around 20,000 volunteers, God’s Love We Deliver delivers about four million meals annually to approximately 15,000 individuals.

Located in the Michael Kors Building in SoHo, God’s Love We Deliver operates a massive kitchen where meals are prepared with specific dietary needs in mind. Each meal is custom-tailored by registered dietitians to ensure that it meets the nutritional requirements of the recipients. The organization works closely with over 35 healthcare partners to identify individuals who can benefit from their services.

In recognition of their continued growth and impact, God’s Love We Deliver is expanding to a new building in Brooklyn to accommodate their storage and delivery needs. The Liberty BKLYN building in Sunset Park will serve as a 30,000-square-foot meal distribution center, allowing the organization to reach more clients in the boroughs.

As part of their 40th-anniversary celebration, God’s Love We Deliver has launched the 40 FORWARD Capital Campaign to raise $40 million for future initiatives.
