Eric Rosenbrook is challenging the official findings in his baby daughter’s death by hiring a private medical examiner to contest the autopsy results. The “90 Day Fiancé” star disagrees with the ruling that labeled Alisa’s death as “non-accidental” and believes the original autopsy was poorly performed.
According to Eric, their private medical examiner found discrepancies in the original autopsy report, citing incomplete steps and a lack of clarity regarding the age of a fracture mentioned in the investigation. It is believed that one of the injuries may have occurred during childbirth, specifically during Alisa’s C-section approximately five weeks before her passing.
Eric also mentioned that a rib fracture noted in the report could have occurred during CPR attempts, as ribs can break during resuscitation efforts.
He revealed that he and Leida have been in disagreement with the Adams County Health and Human Services Department over their assessment of the situation. Eric claimed that they provided additional information to authorities, but it was not considered by HHS.
Regarding the possibility of having another child, Eric mentioned that they have not yet made a decision on that matter.
