All of Netflix’s Characters for Season 5

The highly anticipated fifth and final season of “Stranger Things” is finally here, taking fans back to Hawkins and the Upside Down for one last adventure. Set 18 months after the events of Season 4, the town of Hawkins is under military control and quarantined as the two worlds collide. The core group of characters, including Eleven, Mike, Dustin, Lucas, Will, Max, Steve, Robin, Joyce, Hopper, Nancy, Jonathan, Erica, Murray, and new cast members, are back to face the ultimate threat of saving humanity from the evil monster Vecna.

Millie Bobby Brown returns as Eleven, a young girl with telepathic and psychokinetic powers who escapes from Hawkins National Laboratory and finds a new home in the town. Brown’s career has flourished outside of “Stranger Things,” with roles in films like the “Enola James” franchise and “Godzilla,” as well as her recent marriage to Jake Bongiovi and adoption of a daughter.

Finn Wolfhard reprises his role as Mike Wheeler, one of Will Byers’ best friends and a key leader in the Hawkins group. Wolfhard has also ventured into co-directing and co-writing projects like “Hell of a Summer” and starring in films like “Pinocchio” and “The Legend of Ochi.”

Gaten Matarazzo returns as Dustin Henderson, another member of the Hawkins group known for his strategic thinking and love for Dungeons and Dragons. Matarazzo has lent his voice to animated projects and starred in the revival of “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street” and hosted a prank show called “Prank Encounters.”

Caleb McLaughlin is back as Lucas Sinclair, an original member of the young ensemble and the love interest of Max Mayfield. McLaughlin’s career has also expanded with roles in films like “High Flying Bird” and “Concrete Cowboy.”

Noah Schnapp returns as Will Byers, the character whose disappearance kickstarted the events of the series. Schnapp has grown up with the character, appearing in projects like “Hubie Halloween” and “Abe.”

Sadie Sink reprises her role as Max Mayfield, a clever and fearless character who played a crucial role in defeating Vecna in Season 4. Sink has starred in various projects like “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” and Broadway’s “John Proctor Is the Villain.”

Joe Keery returns as Steve Harrington, the high school heartthrob who becomes the unofficial babysitter for the younger kids in Hawkins. Keery’s career has expanded into music with the release of albums under the name Djo and roles in shows like “Fargo” and films like “Free Guy.”

Maya Hawke portrays Robin Buckley, a witty and multilingual co-worker of Steve’s who becomes an essential part of the group’s efforts to fight off supernatural creatures. Hawke has appeared in projects like “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” and has upcoming roles in “The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping” and “Wilder & Me.”

The final season of “Stranger Things” promises to be an epic conclusion to the beloved series, with the return of familiar faces and new challenges to overcome. As fans prepare to say goodbye to Hawkins and the Upside Down, the legacy of the show lives on with spinoffs like “Stranger Things: Tales From ’85” and the hit Broadway show “Stranger Things: The First Shadow.”
