The magical world of Hogwarts is about to get a whole new lease of life with the upcoming TV adaptation of the beloved “Harry Potter” book series by J.K. Rowling. HBO is set to bring each of the seven books to life, with one season dedicated to each installment, starting from “Sorcerer’s Stone” all the way to “Deathly Hallows.”
After an extensive search, the lead roles have finally been filled with fresh faces. Dominic McLaughlin will step into the iconic role of Harry Potter, while Arabella Stanton will portray the brilliant Hermione Granger, and Alastair Stout will embody the loyal Ron Weasley. These talented newcomers were chosen after a rigorous audition process that saw over 32,000 children vying for the coveted roles.
The cast also includes established actors such as John Lithgow as Albus Dumbledore, Paapa Essiedu as Severus Snape, Janet McTeer as Minerva McGonagall, and Nick Frost as the lovable Hagrid.
