Bill Cosby‘s rape accuser Donna Motsinger has revealed that the TV star is refusing to appear in court for the trial of a lawsuit she filed against him.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Motsinger claims that Bill Cosby has no intention of testifying in court, citing that he “does not care to appear.”
Motsinger also alleges that Cosby will not make a physical appearance at the trial, with the only communication being a previously recorded deposition.
As previously reported, Motsinger claims that Cosby drugged and assaulted her in 1972. In a deposition, Cosby admitted to obtaining Quaaludes for recreational use, acquired from a gynecologist at a poker game.

Cosby also confessed to intending to use the Quaaludes to facilitate sexual encounters with women.
Motsinger recounted that Cosby gave her a pill disguised as aspirin, leading to her feeling disoriented and waking up the next day in bed only in her underwear.
Motsinger is seeking to present the deposition as evidence in front of the jury.
