‘Boom’ heard in Ohio, Pennsylvania may have been from meteor, National Weather Service says

Additionally, residents in western Pennsylvania also reported hearing the loud noise and seeing a fireball in the sky. The NWS in Pittsburgh confirmed these reports and mentioned that one of its employees captured footage of the apparent meteor as it streaked across the sky in the Pittsburgh area.
