Brian Walshe allegedly watched kinky cuckold porn days before suspected cheating wife’s death, jury hears

Brian Walshe, a 50-year-old man, has been accused of watching a cuckold porn video just days before the tragic death of his wife, Ana. According to Massachusetts State Police Trooper Nicholas Guarino, Walshe allegedly viewed a video about a “cheating wife” on his laptop on December 27, 2023, three days before Ana disappeared around New Year’s Day.

During the opening statements of the trial at Norfolk County Superior Court in Dedham, jurors heard that Ana was having an affair with another man named William Fastow. Prosecutors claim that Walshe knew about the affair and even searched Fastow’s name online before Ana’s death, implying a possible motive for the alleged murder.

However, Walshe’s defense lawyer, Larry Tipton, argued that Walshe was unaware of the affair and that he and Ana were deeply in love and devoted to their three sons. Tipton suggested that the explicit content Walshe viewed may have been related to a preferred adult film actress rather than specifically seeking out videos about cheating spouses.

The trial also revealed disturbing internet searches allegedly made by Walshe in the days following Ana’s disappearance. These searches included topics such as serial killer Patrick Kearney, known as the “trash-bag killer,” as well as inquiries about disposing of a body, dismemberment tools, and decomposition rates.

Walshe admitted to lying to authorities and disposing of Ana’s body but maintained his innocence in her murder. He allegedly purchased tools and cleaning supplies from stores like Lowe’s and Home Depot to dismember Ana’s remains before disposing of them in dumpsters.

Prosecutors have suggested that Walshe’s motive may have been strained by his art fraud conviction, impending prison time, and suspicions of Ana’s infidelity. However, Tipton argued that Ana’s death was a result of “sudden unexplained death,” and Walshe panicked and tried to cover it up.

The trial is expected to last up to three weeks, with Walshe facing a single count of first-degree murder and the possibility of mandatory life imprisonment if convicted. The case has garnered significant attention for its chilling details and complex narrative surrounding the death of Ana Walshe.
