BXP signs tenants at 360 Park Ave. South

Boston Properties (BXP) recently secured an impressive 230,000 square feet of new leases and expansions from a diverse range of tenants at 360 Park Ave. South. This 450,000 square-foot building is now over 90% leased, showcasing its attractiveness to businesses.

One of the major commitments came from Optiver, a tech-powered global market-maker, which expanded its space by 92,000 square feet, bringing its total footprint in the building to 115,000 square feet.

Among the new tenants are Marriott International, occupying 23,000 square feet for corporate offices to support the Luxury Group; Hunter Point Capital with 46,000 square feet; Trexquant, a quantitative investment manager with 23,000 square feet for its New York office; Betches Media, a female-led brand claiming 23,000 square feet; and Vercel, an infrastructure platform also taking 23,000 square feet.

Hilary Spann, BXP executive vice president, stated, “Midtown south demand continues to center on strong design, flexible amenities and immediate transit access. Our 360 Park Avenue South delivers on those fundamentals.”
