Calls mount by fans to fire Kevin Stefanski after Browns’ horrible 26-8 loss vs. 49ers

Kevin Stefanski faced heavy criticism from fans on Sunday after the Cleveland Browns suffered a disappointing 26-8 loss at home against the San Francisco 49ers. The scrutiny intensified around rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders, who was making his second NFL start.

Fans took to social media to express their frustration, with one fan even going as far as to say, “Fire him ASAP, he’s obviously sabotaging Shedeur Sanders.” Another fan questioned, “How does Kevin Stefanski still have a job?” while another commented, “Kevin Stefanski should be fired.”

Despite the backlash, Stefanski has committed to Sanders as the starting quarterback for Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans. Sanders, who completed 16 of 25 passes for 149 yards and a touchdown in the game, showed promise with a 34-yard touchdown pass to tight end Harold Fannin Jr. However, the momentum quickly faded, and the Browns struggled to maintain consistency throughout the game.

Cleveland finished with 253 yards of total offense but faltered in the second half, managing only 60 yards and failing to score another touchdown after the second quarter. Two turnovers in crucial moments further derailed any hopes of a comeback.

Despite the disappointing performance, Stefanski remains confident in Sanders’ abilities and will continue to support him as the starting quarterback. The team will look to bounce back in Week 14 and put this loss behind them as they strive for success in the remainder of the season.
