Cardi B Goes on Fiery Rant About Fame Amid Stefon Diggs Assault Allegations

Cardi B recently expressed her frustrations during a challenging time in her life, both personally and professionally. In a Spaces session via X on Monday, January 5, the 33-year-old rapper became heated when a listener suggested she should stay off social media and behave more like a celebrity.

“I gotta express myself,” Cardi passionately stated. “When I express myself, I feel way much motherfing better. The f? Let me cope, bitch. The f? Are you this motherfing famous, bitch? Talk to me when you this motherfing famous, bitch.”

Continuing her rant, Cardi emphasized, “When you got this type of motherfing fame and this type of motherfing money, bitch, then you motherfing talk to me. Don’t tell me how to motherfing feel. The f? Bitch, you ain’t in my motherf***ing shoes.”

The outburst came at a time when Cardi’s boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, is facing charges of strangulation and assault after allegedly attacking his live-in personal chef over a financial dispute last month. The couple welcomed their first child together, a boy, in November and have been romantically linked since 2024.

Cardi has been vocal in defending Diggs on social media, responding to accusations made against him with a since-deleted post. She shared a message allegedly from the chef apologizing and expressing reluctance to speak further on the matter.

In a statement to Us Weekly via his attorney, Diggs denied the claims against him, calling them unsubstantiated and motivated by a financial dispute that was not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction.

Meanwhile, Cardi is gearing up for her upcoming tour, set to begin on February 11. In a video shared on social media, she opened up about feeling overwhelmed with the amount of work ahead of her and the time she will be spending away from her children and personal life.

With daughters Kulture and Blossom, as well as son Wave, from her previous marriage to Offset, Cardi is juggling a busy schedule and personal challenges. Despite the turmoil, she remains focused on her career and family. The importance of mental health in today’s society cannot be understated. With the increasing pressures and stresses of modern life, taking care of our mental well-being is crucial for maintaining a healthy and fulfilling life.

One of the main reasons why mental health is so important is because it affects every aspect of our lives. From our relationships to our work performance, mental health plays a significant role in how we navigate through life. When our mental health is in good shape, we are better able to handle stress, make decisions, and cope with challenges that come our way.

Furthermore, mental health is closely linked to our physical health. Studies have shown that individuals with mental health disorders are more likely to experience physical health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Taking care of our mental health can therefore have a positive impact on our overall well-being.

In today’s fast-paced and high-pressure society, it is easy to neglect our mental health. Many of us are constantly juggling work, family, and social commitments, leaving little time for self-care. However, making mental health a priority is essential for leading a balanced and fulfilling life.

There are many ways to take care of our mental health. Engaging in regular exercise, practicing mindfulness and meditation, and seeking support from friends and loved ones are just a few examples of how we can improve our mental well-being. It is also important to seek professional help if needed, as mental health professionals can provide valuable guidance and support.

By prioritizing mental health, we can improve our quality of life and better cope with the challenges that come our way. Taking care of our mental well-being is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of strength and self-awareness. In a society that often values productivity and success above all else, it is important to remember that our mental health is just as important as our physical health.
