CJ ENM Makes History at 2025 Venice TV Awards
CJ ENM, a leading Korean entertainment company, has made headlines by clinching a Gold Trophy at the prestigious Venice TV Awards 2025. This remarkable achievement marks the first time that a Korean entertainment company has secured the top prize at this international event. The company’s music channel Mnet program “Couple Palace” emerged victorious in the Light Entertainment category, while three other CJ ENM productions received nominations in various genres.
The groundbreaking show “Couple Palace,” created and produced by the acclaimed duo Lee Sun-young and Jeong Min-seok, delves into contemporary marriage themes through a fresh and innovative reality format. The creators expressed their delight at the recognition, stating, “We aimed to present real marriage issues in a unique way, and we are grateful that our efforts have been acknowledged. The authenticity and creativity of our approach have resonated with audiences, and we are thankful for the positive reception.”
In addition to the Gold win for “Couple Palace,” CJ ENM received three more nominations at the Venice TV Awards. The TVING Original series “LTNS” was nominated in the Comedy category, “Pyramid Game” produced by CJ ENM Studios received a nomination for Direction, and “Marry My Husband” produced by Studio Dragon and available on Prime Video was nominated for Best Soap/Telenovela.
