Coinbase Adds Two Solana Altcoins and Two Base Ecosystem Coins to Listing Roadmap

Coinbase recently made updates to its official asset listing roadmap, revealing four potential digital assets that could be listed on the exchange in the future. The additions to the roadmap include the Solana network’s Raydium (RAY) and Energy Dollar (ENERGY), as well as two assets from the Base network: Elsa (ELSA) and Sport.fun (FUN).

It is important to note that while these assets are now featured on the roadmap, Coinbase has not yet announced support for transfers and trading. The exchange has issued a warning against depositing these assets into Coinbase accounts before official support is live, as it could result in a permanent loss of funds.

The decision to update the roadmap is part of Coinbase’s commitment to transparency, allowing the public to see when the exchange has made a decision to potentially list an asset. However, it is crucial to understand that being listed on the roadmap does not automatically enable trading. Additional conditions, such as having sufficient technical infrastructure in place, must be met before live support can be provided.
