Critical Role Adds Brennan Lee Mulligan as Campaign 4 Game Master

Brennan Lee Mulligan, known for his work on “Dimension 20,” is not leaving his career to make custom American Girl doll shoes, despite internet rumors. In fact, he has signed a new three-year development deal with Dropout (formerly CollegeHumor) and will be joining Critical Role as the Game Master for their upcoming Campaign 4, set to premiere on Thursday, Oct. 2.

Campaign 4 will bring a fresh start to Critical Role, introducing a new world for players to explore and new legends to be forged. Mulligan, renowned for his storytelling skills on “Dimension 20,” will bring his unique depth, humor, and high-stakes drama to the campaign, taking over from Matt Mercer as Game Master for this new adventure.

While details about the cast, world, game system, and format of Campaign 4 are yet to be revealed, fans can look forward to streaming the season on Critical Role’s platforms starting on Oct. 2. Beacon subscribers will also have access to exclusive content like Critical Role Cooldown for Campaign 4.
