Danny Masterson and Bijou Phillips tied the knot in 2011 after first meeting at a celebrity poker tournament two years earlier.

In March 2017, Masterson, who shares a daughter named Fianna with Phillips, faced allegations of sexual assault dating back to the early 2000s from multiple women. Consequently, he was written out of Netflix’s The Ranch. Despite denying the accusations, Masterson, a member of the Church of Scientology, was arrested and charged with three counts of rape in June 2020. He maintained his innocence and pleaded not guilty.

As Masterson’s criminal trial began in August 2022, a source revealed to Us that Phillips stood by his side, offering unwavering support throughout the ordeal. The trial concluded in November with a mistrial declared due to a hung jury. Subsequently, Masterson faced a retrial in April 2023 and was found guilty the following month. He was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison in September, with Phillips reportedly present during the sentencing.

Less than two weeks after Masterson’s sentencing, Phillips initiated divorce proceedings, marking the end of their more than a decade-long marriage.
