Dar Global, Trump Organization to launch $10B Saudi developments
Saudi real estate developer Dar Global is set to launch two Trump-branded luxury projects in Riyadh and Jeddah, valued at $10 billion, according to CEO Ziad El Chaar.
These projects will include the Trump National Golf Course and Trump International Hotel in Riyadh’s Diriyah, as part of a major development project on the western edge of the Saudi capital, as reported by Reuters.
In Jeddah, a mixed-use development named Trump Plaza will feature offices and residential properties, added Chaar.
Chaar stated that these projects align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to diversify the economy and attract direct foreign investment. Additionally, Saudi Arabia is set to permit foreigners to own property in designated areas starting this month.
Eric Trump, President Trump’s son and executive vice president of the Trump Organization, mentioned that the latest partnership with Dar Global’s international arm, Dar Al Arkan, is expected to be completed within the next four to five years.
