David Geffen’s Estranged Husband Accuses Him Of Hiding Finances

Billionaire David Geffen is facing accusations from his estranged husband, David Andrew Armstrong (also known as Donovan Michaels), for refusing to disclose his true wealth in an attempt to reduce spousal support payments.

Armstrong claims that Geffen is avoiding submitting his financial documents to the court to exploit California’s financial disclosure laws and limit spousal support payments aggressively.

Armstrong describes the situation as a modern-day David and Goliath battle due to the significant financial difference between them. He alleges that Geffen is unfairly using his financial power to gain an advantage in the divorce proceedings.

Armstrong insists on full disclosure of Geffen’s finances, claiming that he has been financially controlled by the media mogul for a majority of his adult life.

In response to Geffen’s claims of already providing financial support to Armstrong, the model and fitness trainer is contesting Geffen’s request to credit the expenses he has incurred since their separation.

Geffen has stated that he has financially supported Armstrong post-separation with cash payments, rent payments, and funding for rehab. Armstrong, on the other hand, possesses assets worth $5 million in art, jewelry, and watches purchased by Geffen.

The divorce proceedings between Geffen and Armstrong are highly contentious, exacerbated by the absence of a prenuptial agreement. Armstrong recently withdrew a civil lawsuit against Geffen, accusing him of exploiting his trauma for personal gain.
