Dawn Richard Testifies She Witnessed Diddy Beat Cassie

Dawn Richard testifies that she witnessed Diddy assaulting Cassie and experienced violence by him against her on multiple occasions.

During Diddy’s criminal trial, the former Danity Kane member recounted a 2009 incident where Diddy was physically aggressive towards Cassie at his Los Angeles residence.

Dawn described how Diddy attacked Cassie, kicking her and attempting to strike her with a skillet filled with eggs, causing Cassie to fall to the ground in a defensive position.

She further testified that Diddy continued to physically assault Cassie by kicking her repeatedly while she was on the ground, which left Dawn feeling frightened for both herself and Cassie.

In addition, Dawn revealed that Diddy later issued threats to her and a bandmate to prevent them from discussing the incident, warning them about the consequences of speaking out.

Dawn’s testimony corroborates Cassie’s account of enduring abuse from Diddy, aligning with Dawn’s previous allegations in a November 2024 lawsuit against Diddy.

The judge has adjourned Dawn’s testimony for the weekend, with proceedings set to resume on Monday morning.
