While the rankings may seem surprising compared to traditional lists that favor more affluent neighborhoods, Nextdoor emphasizes that their rankings are based on real neighbor interactions rather than perceptions. Despite previous concerns about crime rates, Green Valley Ranch and Montbello have seen a decrease in criminal activity in recent years. The community’s diversity and thriving atmosphere contribute to its high ranking in friendliness and affordability.
