I want them to know that success is possible, and that they are deserving of all the happiness and fulfillment in the world. I want them to know that they are valid, they are seen, and they are loved. And most importantly, I want them to know that they can be proud of who they are and what they have accomplished.

What’s next for Onya Nurve?

For Onya Nurve, the possibilities are endless. With her newfound platform and success, she plans to continue spreading love, joy, and acceptance through her drag performances. She hopes to inspire others to embrace their true selves and to chase after their dreams fearlessly. Whether it’s through music, acting, or other creative endeavors, Onya Nurve is ready to take the world by storm and show everyone what she’s truly made of.

Congratulations to Onya Nurve on her well-deserved win on “RuPaul’s Drag Race” Season 17. We can’t wait to see what amazing things she accomplishes next.

Winning “Drag Race” was a dream come true for me. I remember the moment I told my brother that I was going to not only get on the show but also win it. From that day on, I was laser-focused on my goal. Drag changed my life in ways I never imagined. It gave me a sense of determination and drive that I had never experienced before. The delusion of believing in myself and my abilities really paid off in the end.

Performing the final lip sync to Lady Gaga’s ‘Abracadabra’ was a surreal experience. Lady Gaga had set the category as ‘dance or die,’ and I knew that I had to give it my all. Serving the song and embodying its essence was my top priority. Despite not being known for reveals or gimmicks, I felt like I was the ultimate surprise in that moment.

After the final lip sync, there was a sense of relief that washed over me. Regardless of the outcome, I knew that I had given it my all and that was enough for me.

I hope that my win on “Drag Race” signifies to fans and viewers that drag is more than just what you see on the surface. It’s about the person behind the makeup and the costumes. It’s about bringing joy and positivity to the world. I want to inspire others to embrace who they are and to always let their true selves shine through.

As for what the future holds for me, I have big dreams. I want to be on shows like “Abbott Elementary” and “SNL.” I also have aspirations of starring in movies alongside some of my favorite actors like Viola Davis, Kerry Washington, and Denzel Washington. The sky’s the limit, and I’m ready to take on whatever comes my way.

Although rest may seem like a luxury, there’s no time for it now. The hustle and grind of the entertainment industry never stop, and I’m ready to take on the next challenge, the next club, the next city. I’ll sleep when I’m dead, but for now, I’m ready to conquer the world one performance at a time.
