Ex-Nashville cop Sean Herman enters new plea after being arrested for groping OnlyFans star’s breasts during mock traffic stop
Former Nashville police officer Sean Herman has entered a new plea in his case involving a raunchy x-rated promotional video with an OnlyFans model. The 35-year-old pleaded no contest to felony official misconduct in Nashville’s criminal court, resulting in a sentence of a year of supervised probation. Additionally, he was granted judicial diversion, which could lead to the dismissal of charges from his record if he successfully completes probation.
Herman was fired from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department in May 2024 after it was discovered that he appeared in the video produced by local OnlyFans star Jordin. The video depicted a mock traffic stop where Jordin exposed her breast and invited Herman to grope her in a bid to avoid a ticket. The scandalous skit was filmed in a warehouse parking lot while Herman was on duty as a patrol officer.
Following his arrest in June 2024 on two counts of official misconduct, Herman was released on a $3,000 bond. He had been with the Nashville Police Department for three years before his termination. The department condemned his actions as disrespectful and outrageous.
In a subsequent interview with Law & Crime, Jordin clarified that the video was created for promotional purposes and not for her OnlyFans content. She and her husband came up with the idea for the fake traffic stop, and Herman agreed to participate. However, once Herman faced backlash and legal consequences, Jordin distanced herself from him and removed the video.
Despite the controversy, Jordin’s OnlyFans subscription numbers reportedly surged following the media coverage of the incident. In a separate interview with OutKick, she pointed fingers at local media for bringing the video to the attention of law enforcement. She also defended Herman, describing him as a respectful and polite individual who did not deserve the negative portrayal he received.
As of now, Herman’s law enforcement certification in Tennessee has been indefinitely suspended, pending the resolution of his criminal case. The outcome of his probation and potential dismissal of charges remains to be seen.
