Ex-WWE star claims Cody Rhodes invited current SmackDown star to AEW; she rejected the offer

A recent revelation from a former WWE Superstar has shed light on a missed opportunity for her and a current SmackDown star to join All Elite Wrestling (AEW). According to Bea Priestley, she, Kip Sabian, and Piper Niven were offered AEW contracts by Cody Rhodes back in 2018, but only Sabian accepted the offer.

During an appearance on the That Sweet Pop podcast, Priestley shared that she, Sabian, and Niven had the chance to work with Cody and Brandi Rhodes during an event in the UK called Fight Forever. Following their matches, Cody offered them contracts with AEW. While Niven declined the offer as she was already signed with WWE NXT UK, Sabian eagerly agreed to join the new promotion. Priestley, on the other hand, opted for a part-time deal with AEW as she still wanted to work full-time with STARDOM in Japan.

Fast forward to the present day, Piper Niven found herself in the headlines after being pulled from WWE SmackDown last week. Originally scheduled to compete alongside Alba Fyre against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss for the women’s tag team titles, Niven was replaced by Chelsea Green due to not being medically cleared. Despite the substitution, Green and Fyre were unable to secure the titles, with Bliss ultimately pinning Green for the win.

As fans speculate about Niven’s absence and potential return to action, it remains to be seen how long she will be out of competition. With the wrestling landscape constantly evolving, it’s clear that opportunities come and go in the industry, and for some, the decision to pursue new ventures can lead to unforeseen circumstances. Only time will tell what lies ahead for Piper Niven and her future in the world of professional wrestling. In recent years, the concept of remote work has gained significant popularity as more companies and individuals embrace the flexibility and convenience it offers. With advancements in technology and communication tools, working from home or any location outside of a traditional office setting has become a viable option for many professionals.

Remote work has numerous benefits, both for employees and employers. For employees, working remotely eliminates the daily commute, saving time and money. It also allows for a better work-life balance, as individuals can better manage their personal and professional responsibilities. Remote work also offers greater flexibility in terms of working hours, allowing employees to work at times that are most productive for them.

Employers also benefit from remote work arrangements. By allowing employees to work remotely, companies can tap into a larger talent pool, as they are not limited by geographical constraints. Remote work can also lead to increased employee satisfaction and retention, as individuals appreciate the flexibility and autonomy that comes with working from home. Additionally, remote work can lead to cost savings for employers, as they may require less office space and resources.

However, remote work also comes with its challenges. One of the main concerns is maintaining communication and collaboration among team members who are not physically present in the same location. To address this challenge, companies are increasingly turning to virtual communication tools such as video conferencing, instant messaging, and project management software. These tools help facilitate real-time communication and collaboration, enabling remote teams to work together effectively.

Another challenge of remote work is ensuring that employees remain productive and focused when working from home. To address this, companies are implementing policies and guidelines to help employees establish a routine and set boundaries between work and personal life. Regular check-ins and performance evaluations can also help ensure that employees are meeting their goals and deadlines.

Overall, remote work offers a host of benefits for both employees and employers, but it also comes with its own set of challenges. By addressing these challenges and implementing effective communication and collaboration strategies, companies can successfully embrace remote work and reap the many benefits it offers. As remote work continues to grow in popularity, it is important for companies to adapt and evolve their practices to support a remote workforce effectively.
