Five Iron Golf heading to NYC’s Williamsburg
Leasing Momentum at 25 Kent in Williamsburg Continues
Global Holdings’ 25 Kent in Williamsburg is experiencing a surge in leasing activity. Following the recent lease announcement with facial studio Glowbar, the property has secured a significant retail tenant – Five Iron Golf, which has taken nearly 16,000 square feet of space. The majority of the space is located in the lower level beneath a 746 square-foot ground floor footprint.
Jared Solomon, co-founder and CEO of Five Iron, expressed excitement about the new location, stating, “We’ve had our sights set on Brooklyn for a long time.” The 25 Kent facility will become Brooklyn’s largest indoor golf facility, featuring 13 Trackman simulators equipped with multi-camera technology, a 7,000 square-foot gym, and luxury locker rooms.

Craig Panzirer, leasing director of Eyal Ofer’s Global Holdings Management Group, highlighted the alignment of both brands with the energy and creativity synonymous with Williamsburg. He described 25 Kent as more than just an office building, emphasizing the intersection of work, wellness, and culture within the space.
CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma represented Five Iron Golf in the lease negotiations, while a Newmark team represented Global Holdings. The 25 Kent facility will be comparable in size to the Five Iron Golf outpost that recently secured a lease at 1290 Sixth Ave. in Manhattan.
The eight-story, 500,000 square-foot building situated between Kent and Wythe avenues is considered Brooklyn’s first ground-up new office project in four decades. Currently, 65% of the space is leased to innovative office tenants, including e-commerce platform Queen One and Autonomous Technologies Group.
