… Edges Closer to Freedom

Fivio Foreign‘s tumultuous year took a turn as he pleaded guilty to terroristic threats, a significant step towards potential freedom for the “City of Gods” rapper.

According to the New Jersey PIO, Fivio entered a guilty plea for the charge of making terroristic threats — a threat to commit a crime of violence in the 3rd degree.

Initially facing 4 charges, including unlawful possession of a weapon and aggravated assault, Fivio’s attorney, Adam Lustberg, disclosed that those counts are likely to be dropped in exchange for his guilty plea.

Earlier this year, Edgewater Police arrested Fivio Foreign on New Year’s Day following an incident where a woman alleged he brandished a weapon at her when she requested assistance with her car.

Lustberg expressed optimism that Fivio might receive a probationary sentence during his sentencing in August, considering his extended period of incarceration since the arrest at the beginning of the year.

The final outcome remains to be seen as Fivio’s legal journey progresses towards a potential resolution.
