Gwyneth Paltrow, Jenna Ortega, Delroy Lindo to Present at Actor Awards

The 32nd Annual Actor Awards Presented by SAG-AFTRA is set to be a star-studded event, with a lineup of presenters that includes Gwyneth Paltrow, Jenna Ortega, Delroy Lindo, Odessa A’zion, Viola Davis, Andy Garcia, and SAG-AFTRA president Sean Astin. The ceremony, scheduled for Sunday, will be a night to remember as some of the biggest names in Hollywood come together to celebrate outstanding performances in film and television.

One of the most talked-about films of the year, Paul Thomas Anderson’s action epic “One Battle After Another,” leads the pack with a record-breaking seven nominations. The Warner Bros. release has earned nods for cast ensemble, stunt ensemble, and five individual acting nominations, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Chase Infiniti, Benicio Del Toro, Sean Penn, and Teyana Taylor.

Ryan Coogler’s “Sinners” is also a strong contender with five nominations, tying it for the second-most nominations in SAG history. The film will go head-to-head with “One Battle After Another” for the ensemble prize, competing against the casts of Guillermo del Toro’s “Frankenstein,” Chloé Zhao’s “Hamnet,” and Josh Safdie’s “Marty Supreme.”

In the television category, Apple’s “The Studio” leads with five nominations, including cast ensemble and acting bids for Seth Rogen, Ike Barinholtz, Kathryn Hahn, and the late Catherine O’Hara. However, some notable shows like the final season of Netflix’s “Stranger Things” and the “Star Wars” spinoff series “Andor” from Disney+ were left out. Instead, SAG-AFTRA recognized Paramount’s “Landman” and Netflix’s “The Diplomat.”

The awards ceremony will be hosted by Kristen Bell and will be streamed live on Netflix on March 1st at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT from the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles. The legendary Harrison Ford will be honored with the SAG-AFTRA Life Achievement Award. Prior to the ceremony, a pre-show hosted by Paige DeSorbo and Scott Evans will be streamed live on Netflix at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT.

With such a star-studded lineup and an impressive list of nominees, the 32nd Annual Actor Awards Presented by SAG-AFTRA promises to be an unforgettable evening celebrating the best in film and television. Stay tuned for all the excitement and drama as the winners are announced and Hollywood’s finest come together to honor outstanding performances.
