How Low Could Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP Go?

The cryptocurrency market is currently experiencing a significant downturn, with prices on a downward trend. Bitcoin, the leading digital currency, is facing a critical support level, while data from liquidation heat maps indicates further downside potential. Meanwhile, Ethereum is on the verge of signaling a short-term decline, and XRP appears weak on longer time frames.

The recent weakness in the US stock market has also had an impact on the crypto market, with prices being dragged lower in the short term due to the correlation between the two asset classes.

Bitcoin continues to be in a bearish trend, with indicators suggesting a prolonged correction that could last for several months. The cryptocurrency recently encountered strong resistance in the $92,000 to $94,000 range and is now testing a support zone between $85,000 and $86,000. If Bitcoin fails to hold above $85,000, the next support levels are expected around $80,000 to $81,000, with further downside potential towards $74,000 to $76,000 and possibly even $77,000 to $78,000.

Ethereum has been following Bitcoin’s lead and has dropped below the $3,000 to $3,100 support level. If the daily price confirms below $3,000, the next support levels are around $2,750 to $2,800 and $2,600 to $2,650. Despite the oversold conditions on shorter time frames, a bounce in Ethereum’s price may not signal the end of the downtrend.

XRP is showing the weakest performance among the three major cryptocurrencies on longer time frames. The price is currently testing a crucial support zone between $1.80 and $2.00, with potential for further declines if it closes below $1.80 on the weekly chart. Subsequent support levels are anticipated around $1.60 and $1.30 to $1.40, with a possible drop towards $0.90 to $1.00 in the coming months if selling pressure persists.

In conclusion, the cryptocurrency market is facing significant challenges, with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP all experiencing downward pressure. Traders and investors should exercise caution and conduct thorough research before making any investment decisions in this volatile market.
