Oppenheimer expressed her pride in the show’s three-season run, stating that the series finale airing that night was always the intended conclusion. She shared her gratitude for the fans’ response to the latest season and assured them that the decision to end the show was made to protect its quality and provide a satisfying ending.

Despite hopes for a potential continuation, Oppenheimer confirmed that the season 3 finale, scheduled for release on Tuesday, February 17, would also serve as the series finale. Speaking to Us Weekly in January, Oppenheimer hinted at the possibility of future seasons but emphasized her satisfaction with the current ending, ensuring that loose ends were tied up for viewers.

Based on Carola Lovering’s novel, Tell Me Lies follows the tumultuous relationship between college students Lucy (Grace Van Patten) and Stephen (Jackson White) over eight years, affecting everyone around them. The latest season introduced a new romantic complication involving Bree (Cat Missal) and Wrigley (Spencer House), adding layers to the storyline.
