Illegal immigrant Manuel Cruz Ramirez arrested by DHS after Oregon sanctuary release

The individual reportedly planned to acquire an AR-15 rifle for the attack.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem emphasized the importance of cooperation between local and federal authorities in maintaining public safety. Cities like Minneapolis and St. Paul, where such collaboration exists, have seen a decrease in crime rates.
