‘I’m Good, Dude’: Trump-Supporting UFC Star Shares Why He’ll Pass On White House Event
UFC star Sean Strickland, known for supporting President Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign, has expressed disinterest in a White House fighting event scheduled for next year.
During a recent livestream with controversial streamer Adin Ross, Strickland mentioned a fellow fighter’s reluctance to compete “in front of billionaires.”
“I understand that,” he remarked. “I would consider participating in the White House event if there was an opportunity for fans to be involved,” he explained.
“But just to hang out with the Epstein list? I’ll pass, I’m good,” he added.
The UFC is planning to hold the event on the South Lawn on June 14, 2026, as part of America’s 250th anniversary celebration.
The event, initially hinted at by Trump, is set to coincide with Flag Day and the president’s 80th birthday.

Despite Strickland’s past support for Trump, he has recently criticized the president, especially regarding foreign policy.
In various social media posts, Strickland has voiced opposition to certain actions and decisions made by the administration.
