‘Iron Chef,’ ‘Forensic Files’ FAST Channels Join Telus Canada

Radial Entertainment recently announced a licensing agreement with Telus Communications, bringing five popular FAST channels to the telecom giant’s streaming platforms in Canada. The channels included in the deal are “Iron Chef,” “Forensic Files,” “Hot Ones,” “Unsolved Mysteries,” and “Untold Stories of the ER,” offering a combined 910 hours of engaging content. Telus TV and Stream+ subscribers can now access these channels on the Telus TV+ app at no extra cost.

Daniel Gagliardi, executive VP of North American digital distribution at Radial Entertainment, expressed excitement about the partnership with Telus, stating that it will enhance the streaming experience for Canadian audiences. The collaboration aims to revolutionize how viewers discover and enjoy premium content on Connected TV and streaming platforms. The channels are prominently featured in the Free Streaming Channels section and channel guide on Telus platforms, adding to the existing lineup of over 70 FAST channels available to subscribers.

The agreement was facilitated by Jenna Pascuzzo, director of North American digital distribution at Radial Entertainment, with advisory support from Michael Smith of Warburn Consulting and Telus Communications. Radial Entertainment, known for its FilmRise and Shout! Studios brands, boasts a vast library of over 70,000 movies and episodes spanning various genres such as true crime, reality, animation, action, westerns, medical, food, and horror. Jeff Shultz, a former executive at Paramount Global, is set to lead the company as CEO starting from January 1, 2026.

Telus Communications, a global player with operations in more than 45 countries and annual revenue exceeding $20 billion, serves over 20 million customer connections. The collaboration with Radial Entertainment underscores Telus’ commitment to delivering diverse and compelling content to its subscribers across Canada.

With this new partnership between Radial Entertainment and Telus Communications, Canadian audiences can look forward to an enhanced streaming experience with access to a wide range of popular FAST channels. The integration of these channels into Telus’ platforms reflects the growing trend of digital entertainment consumption and the evolving landscape of streaming services.
