KPop Demon Hunters Star at Brooks Brothers Gold House Lunar New Year
Brooks Brothers and Gold House recently came together to celebrate the Lunar New Year with a glamorous dinner event at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills. The star-studded evening was attended by a variety of celebrities and influencers, including Ji-young Yoo from “KPop Demon Hunters,” Daniel Dae Kim, Harry Shum and his wife Shelby Rabara, Yara Shahidi, Jeannie Mai, Nick Wooster, Bobby Berk, Ben Baller, Jeanne Yang, Jared Eng, and Lawrence Zarian.
The event kicked off with welcoming remarks from Brooks Brothers CEO Ken Ohashi and creative director Michael Bastian. Ohashi highlighted the longstanding history of Brooks Brothers as a symbol of success in America and commended the diverse group of attendees as reflections of contemporary American success.
Gold House CEO Bing Chen wore a sweatshirt from the Brooks Brothers-Gold House capsule collection and delivered a powerful message about embracing change and innovation in challenging times. He emphasized the importance of building meaningful connections and pursuing passions, even in the face of uncertainty.
The dinner featured a noodle-making demonstration and a delectable menu of Mr. Chow’s signature dishes, such as chicken satay, glazed prawns with walnuts, drunken fish, and green prawns. Guests were also treated to a traditional lion dance performance, adding a festive touch to the evening.
As a token of appreciation, guests were gifted with complimentary made-to-measure Brooks Brothers dress shirt gift cards and a book commemorating Mr. Chow’s 50th anniversary.
