LA County Sheriff investigating new sexual battery claim against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs while hip-hop mogul behind bars
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces New Sexual Assault Allegations
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating a new sexual assault claim against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The allegation states that Combs masturbated on a shirt belonging to the late rapper Biggie and then threw it at a music producer. The incident reportedly took place in Largo, Florida, and the LA County Sheriff’s Department’s Special Victims Bureau has confirmed that they will be investigating the matter.
According to official sources, the department received a copy of the police report on September 20th, and the investigation is now underway.
Details of the Allegations
The alleged victim, Jonathan Hay, has accused Combs of two separate incidents of sexual assault. In the first incident, Hay claims that Combs masturbated into a shirt that belonged to Biggie and then threw it at him. In the second incident, Combs allegedly forced his penis into Hay’s mouth.
The incidents reportedly took place in California in late February 2020 while Hay was working on a project with Combs and CJ Wallace, the son of Biggie. The group was at a warehouse filled with Biggie’s clothing when the alleged assaults occurred.
During the first incident, Combs was watching porn on his phone and masturbating under one of Biggie’s shirts while alone with Hay. He then ejaculated on the shirt and threw it at Hay while saying, “Rest in peace BIG.” In the second incident, Combs allegedly forced his penis into Hay’s mouth after berating him for sharing the earlier incident with Wallace.
Legal Action and Consequences
Hay initially kept quiet about the incidents but later shared the details with Wallace, leading to a temporary rift between them. In March 2021, Hay flew to California to meet with Wallace and entrepreneur Willie Mack to continue working on the project when he was allegedly assaulted by Combs and two other individuals.
Hay has since identified himself as the victim in the Largo police report and has expressed his intention to pursue criminal charges against Combs at both state and federal levels. These new allegations align with a lawsuit that Hay filed against Combs, Wallace, and others in July.
As for Combs, he is currently serving a 50-month sentence in FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after being convicted on charges related to transportation for prostitution. While he was acquitted of more serious charges like sex trafficking and racketeering, Combs’ legal troubles continue to mount.
Representatives for Combs have not yet responded to requests for comment on the latest allegations.
