Global law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP has officially relocated to its new Denver office situated in the 30-story tower at 1900 Lawrence in Denver’s Central Business District. The firm, which has been a fixture in Denver for over four decades, will occupy the top floor covering approximately 30,621 square feet.
Designed by Goettsch Partners and developed by Riverside Investment & Development Co., Convexity Properties, and Canyon Partners Real Estate LLC, the $400 million building offers over 700,000 square feet of office space, 11 private tenant terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass, and various amenities such as a rooftop pickleball court, outdoor entertainment space, meeting and conference rooms, lounge areas, a fitness center, and a golf simulator.
Other tenants at 1900 Lawrence include insurance broker Marsh McLennan and Monfort Companies, with the latter considering leasing office space in the building.
