Tyler, The Creator‘s latest album, “Don’t Tap The Glass,” has just been released, and the rapper went all out to promote a new track from the project by featuring LeBron James and his close associate in the music video!!
The 34-year-old musician dropped his ninth studio album on Sunday night and followed it up with the release of the music video for the lead single, “STOP PLAYING WITH ME,” to kick off the week.
The entire two-minute, 30-second video shows Tyler dancing in a room with two large speakers behind him, with crumpled newspapers flying around on the ground.
LeBron and Maverick Carter make an appearance alongside the rapper at the 46-second mark, nodding their heads to the beat, followed by a cameo from Clipse.
The Lakers star and his business partner continue to make appearances in the video, dancing and enjoying the music.
Tyler directed the entire video, and LeBron seemed thrilled to be part of it, expressing his support on social media.
“STOP FKN PLAYING WITH ME!!!! 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤” the four-time NBA champ exclaimed recently.
LeBron has a history in the music industry, having appeared in Al Fatz‘s “Came Down” video in the past and being referenced in numerous rap lyrics.
With his involvement in the music video, could we see LeBron venture into the music industry himself once he decides to retire from basketball at the age of 40??
