Lost Boy Wandering Elevated Monorail Line In Hersheypark Is Saved By Another Parkgoer
A young boy was rescued by a park visitor at Hersheypark in Pennsylvania after he wandered onto a monorail line high above the crowd. The child had gone missing and entered a secured area leading to the closed monorail ride before stepping onto the tracks. A video posted on social media captured the tense moment as the boy walked along the tracks with onlookers below shouting directions at him. A brave man climbed onto a nearby building, jumped onto the rails, and scooped up the boy to safety amidst cheers from the crowd.
The incident occurred at around 5:05 p.m. on Saturday, and the child was unharmed and reunited with his family by 5:28 p.m. The park expressed gratitude for the quick response of both guests and park employees and emphasized their commitment to ensuring guest safety at all times.
