Mary Trump Rips Presidents Legal Troubles Amid D.C. Police Takeover
Mary Trump, the estranged niece of President Donald Trump, didn’t hold back in her criticism of her uncle’s recent actions. She pointed out the irony in his attempt to overhaul policing in Washington, D.C., calling it a “blatant usurpation of power” that goes against the will of the city’s residents.
The Trump administration initially declared a “crime emergency” in D.C. and took over the city’s police force, but later reversed course following a lawsuit. Mary Trump expressed deep concern over what she referred to as her uncle’s “latest power grab.”
She criticized the administration for its approach to law enforcement, accusing them of committing crimes in the name of reducing crime. Mary Trump also took aim at the Republican party, labeling them as “fascist” and highlighting her uncle’s criminal history.
In a scathing commentary, she questioned the administration’s motives and suggested that Trump’s health is deteriorating due to stress and untreated psychiatric disorders. Despite her familial ties to the president, Mary Trump didn’t hesitate to speak out against what she sees as a dangerous abuse of power.
