Max Eisenbud Named Head of Client Representation for WME Sports

Max Eisenbud Takes on New Role as Head of Client Representation at WME Sports

Max Eisenbud has recently been appointed as the Head of Client Representation for WME Sports, where he will be responsible for overseeing the agency’s representation business in various sports including tennis, golf, action sports, and sports content. This move comes following WME and Endeavor’s decision to relinquish their NFL representation business to comply with the league’s conflict of interest regulations due to a change in ownership.

Eisenbud, who previously served as the Head of Clients for IMG Tennis, will continue to lead the division with a roster of talented clients. These clients include active players like Grand Slam champions Carlos Alcaraz, Coco Gauff, and Iga Swiatek, as well as legends such as Serena Williams, John McEnroe, and Andy Murray, along with American standouts Taylor Fritz, Ben Shelton, and Frances Tiafoe.

Having started his career with IMG in 2000, Eisenbud has played a key role in developing commercial opportunities for tennis champions like Maria Sharapova and Li Na. His expertise and dedication have earned him praise from Christian Muirhead, the WME Group co-chairman, who described Eisenbud as a passionate, creative, and hard-working agent and leader. Muirhead believes that Eisenbud’s experience and track record make him the ideal candidate to lead WME Sports into the future.

In addition to Eisenbud’s new role, Lee White will lead WME’s sports content group, Josh Levy will continue to head the sports broadcast division, Mike Zavodsky will oversee WME Sports’ property solutions business, Jason Horrell will continue to lead the golf division, and Mark Ervin will remain in charge of the action and Olympic sports division.

The restructuring at WME Sports reflects the agency’s commitment to investing in and growing its representation business under Eisenbud’s leadership. With a team of experienced professionals at the helm, WME Sports is poised to continue its success in the world of sports representation.
