Megyn Kelly helped arranged ‘detente’ between Erika Kirk, Candace Owens

Megyn Kelly has revealed that she played a role in facilitating a meeting between Erika Kirk, the widow of Charlie Kirk, and podcaster Candace Owens. Owens has been questioning the official narrative surrounding Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

Kelly, known for her work on Fox News and currently hosting “The Megyn Kelly Show” on SiriusXM, explained on her podcast that she had been working behind the scenes to try to bring the two women together.

Owens has raised doubts about the circumstances of Charlie Kirk’s death and suggested that his activist group, Turning Point USA, may have been involved. Tyler Robinson has been arrested in connection with the murder.

Erika Kirk reached out to Kelly to arrange a meeting with Owens, and Kelly agreed to facilitate the discussion. The meeting eventually took place in Nashville and lasted for several hours.

Despite their disagreements, Kelly mentioned that her relationship with Owens has grown stronger during this process. She emphasized the importance of resolving the conflict between the two women for the benefit of everyone involved.

Erika Kirk also expressed optimism after the meeting, hinting at future developments between her and Owens. She shared the update on social media, indicating that there may be more to come from both parties.

The private meeting between Erika Kirk and Candace Owens was seen as a positive step towards easing tensions and finding common ground after weeks of public discord following Charlie Kirk’s tragic death.

Time to Dive Back into Work

Owens reiterated the need to refocus on work after a lengthy meeting with Erika. The discussion lasted over four hours, surpassing their initial expectations.

“Erika and I had a highly productive meeting that we both agree should have happened sooner,” Owens commented.
