Miley Cyrus Back for Special
Disney has officially announced the release of the trailer for the highly anticipated “Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special,” featuring the iconic star Miley Cyrus. The special is set to premiere on March 24, marking exactly 20 years since the original show first aired on Disney Channel.
Fans can expect a nostalgic trip down memory lane as the special will include never-before-seen footage, recreations of the show’s beloved set, iconic moments revisited, and even some “familiar notes that find their way back into the spotlight,” according to Disney. The special will be filmed in front of a live studio audience and will feature an exclusive interview with Cyrus, hosted by “Call Her Daddy” star Alex Cooper.
“Hannah Montana” originally premiered in 2006 and ran for four successful seasons until 2011. The show followed the story of Miley Stewart, a normal teenager living in Malibu, California, who leads a double life as the famous pop sensation Hannah Montana.
