Mizkif shares “get ready with me for court” post following recent allegations against him

Twitch streamer Matthew “Mizkif” recently made headlines by sharing a social media post titled “Get Ready With Me for Court” on Instagram. This post comes 20 days after accusations were made against him by Emily “Emiru” of sexual assault, domestic and physical abuse, harassment, and stalking. In the post, Mizkif can be seen preparing for a supposed court hearing by purchasing new clothes.

In the 49-second Instagram Reel, Mizkif talks about realizing that he only had hand-me-down clothes and decides to go shopping for a new suit at Bloomingdale’s. He excitedly shares that he found a beautiful Armani Exchange suit on sale at 40% off and expresses his satisfaction with how it makes him look like a “failed clone of Derek Jeter in a suit.”

Mizkif then reveals that the clothes he chose for his court appearance cost over $2,000 and humorously mentions funding them through gambling on Stake.com. He shows his excitement as he wins a bet while playing on the platform.

The reason behind Mizkif getting ready for a court hearing stems from a lawsuit he filed against Emiru and Zack “Asmongold” for defamation. The lawsuit also includes OTK, Mythic Talent Management Inc., and King Gaming Labs as defendants. In the legal document, Mizkif alleges that Emiru defamed him by portraying him as a perpetrator of sexual assault during a livestream on Twitch.

The court document also mentions that Asmongold allegedly defamed Mizkif by making false claims about him on a daily basis, including accusations of abuse and manipulation towards others. The lawsuit aims to address the false accusations and defamation that Mizkif claims to have suffered.

As Mizkif prepares for his court appearance, the gaming community eagerly awaits the outcome of this legal battle. It remains to be seen how the allegations and counterclaims will be resolved in a court of law. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
