Jessi and Jordan Ngatikaura are putting their Salt Lake City home on the market after months of speculation surrounding the status of their marriage, according to sources close to the couple.
The couple, known for their appearances on the popular Hulu series “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” have listed their 6-bedroom, 5-bath luxury property for sale at $2.499 million. The stunning house, prominently featured on the show, is located just minutes away from the renowned Sundance Ski Resort.
The sprawling estate spans nearly 7,000 square feet on over half an acre of land, offering a plethora of amenities. The interior boasts a complete fitness center, a guest suite, a wet bar, and a state-of-the-art movie theater. Outside, the property exudes a resort-like atmosphere with a pool, pickleball court, gas firepit, and a putting green.
The timing of the listing coincides with the premiere of Season 3 of the show, where eagle-eyed fans have noticed Jessi reverting her last name on social media from “Ngatikaura” to “Draper.”
In the previous season, viewers were left on a cliffhanger with “Vanderpump Villa’s” Marciano Brunette claiming to have had a romantic encounter with Jessi while she was still married. Neither Jessi nor Jordan has publicly addressed the allegations, teasing that all will be revealed in the upcoming season.
The property is being represented by Kenny Sperry, a star of Bravo’s “Sold on SLC,” who has maintained a close relationship with Jessi and Jordan. With Kenny also mentoring Jessi’s co-star Dakota Mortensen, he was the natural choice to handle the sale of the house.
As fans eagerly await the unraveling of this real estate move, speculation is rife about whether this sale hints at a dramatic twist in the couple’s story or is simply a strategic financial decision. Stay tuned for more updates!
