The young fan, described as a juvenile by the police, violently attacked the elderly worker by slamming him into the seats and repeatedly punching him. The victim suffered serious injuries during the assault.
Another individual intervened and managed to pull the assailant off the victim, preventing further harm. The injured worker’s injuries were reported as non-life-threatening.
The Kansas City Police Department is actively investigating the incident. A juvenile suspect was detained and released to their guardian pending further legal proceedings. Detectives are collaborating with prosecutors to determine appropriate charges.
Despite NBA YoungBoy’s advocacy for “Stop The Violence” initiatives, the incident at his concert in Kansas City contradicted this message, leading to a cancelation of his upcoming Chicago show due to safety concerns related to ongoing tensions between his and Lil Durk’s camps.
