Newly-released crime scene photos show inside Idaho house where Bryan Kohberger killed four college students

The chilling crime scene photos from the home where convicted murderer Bryan Kohberger brutally stabbed four University of Idaho students to death have been released by the Moscow Police Department. The images, including over 200 photos and videos, offer a disturbing look inside the since-demolished residence where the tragic killings took place.

The newly released photos show blood spatters on doors, walls, and the floor of what appears to be a typical college residence. Among the images are remnants of a beer pong game on a folding table, empty drink cans on the stairs, and red plastic cups scattered around the house. One particularly eerie photo captures two handprints on a dirty window, adding to the haunting atmosphere of the crime scene.

Surveillance footage from a neighbor revealed Kohberger’s white sedan, later identified as his Hyundai Elantra, driving back and forth from the residence. The photos depict a house that resembles the aftermath of a college party, with empty beer bottles, spilled red Solo cups, and clothes strewn about in a messy bedroom.

An open sliding glass door in one of the images takes on a sinister significance as investigators determined it was the entry point for Kohberger to sneak into the house. The graduate student mercilessly murdered roommates Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin in the off-campus house on November 13, 2022.

Kohberger recently pleaded guilty to the murders and received a life sentence in prison. He is currently held in solitary confinement at the Idaho Maximum Security Institution, where he will spend the remainder of his days.

The release of these crime scene photos offers a harrowing glimpse into the tragic events that unfolded in the University of Idaho student house and serves as a reminder of the devastating impact of senseless acts of violence.
