NYC cops searching for creep accused of groping girl on subway
Police Seek Suspect Accused of Groping 13-Year-Old Girl on Bronx Subway
Authorities are on the lookout for a man accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl on a Bronx subway train last week, as reported by the police on Thursday.
The incident occurred while the young girl was traveling north on a 4 train at around 5:00 p.m. on August 6.
As the train approached the 149th Street station, the perpetrator reached out and touched the girl’s inner thigh and intimate area before fleeing the train and leaving the station once the train came to a stop, according to the NYPD.
Authorities have yet to apprehend the suspect, who is described as heavy-set with a medium complexion. A photo of the man wearing a blue shirt, black pants, and a Yankees cap has been released by the police in hopes of identifying and locating him.
