NYC influencer admits to filming, laughing at toddler forced to smoke vape after years-old video resurfaces
A New York City influencer and popular TikToker found herself in hot water after an old video resurfaced online, showing her friend giving a toddler a vape to smoke while she filmed and laughed at the disturbing incident. Fiona Jordan, a 23-year-old with a massive following on TikTok, faced backlash and criticism for her involvement in the shocking clip.
In the video, a young toddler is seen taking a hit from a vape offered to him by Jordan’s friend, resulting in a visible cloud of smoke and a coughing fit. The child, who was under the care of the girls at the time, looks confused and worried as the girls behind the camera laugh uncontrollably.
Jordan took to social media to issue an apology, attributing the incident to teenage stupidity and her emotional state at the time. She revealed that she was only 15 years old and grieving the recent death of her mother when the video was recorded. Jordan expressed deep regret for her actions and emphasized that the moment does not reflect who she is today or her values.
Despite her apology, not everyone online was quick to forgive. Some criticized Jordan for using her trauma as an excuse for her behavior, while others condemned her actions as “sick” and potentially harmful to the child involved. Jordan acknowledged her mistake and took full responsibility for her actions, stating that she cooperated with law enforcement at the time.
Jordan, known for her popular “get ready with me” and “day in my life” videos, has worked with notable brands in the past. However, the resurfacing of the old video has sparked controversy and raised questions about her judgment and character. The Post reached out to Jordan for comment on the situation.
