NYPD on hunt for sicko accused of raping 14-year-old girl in NYC
Police are currently searching for a suspect who allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl in a Manhattan building and stole her cell phone. The incident occurred on Thursday near First Avenue and First Avenue Loop in the vicinity of Gramercy Park. The suspect has been identified as Germaine Parham, 33, who reportedly approached the teenager around 11:42 a.m. and carried out the assault before fleeing the scene with the victim’s phone.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment following the assault. Parham was last seen wearing a black-and-gray knit hat, a gray face covering, a white coat, camouflage pants, a camo backpack, and black boots. Authorities have released surveillance images of Parham in an effort to apprehend him.
