‘Oh, He’s Toast’: Desi Lydic Spots Telltale Sign That Trump Is Done With Greg Bovino

Border Patrol commander Greg Bovino’s recent departure from Minneapolis, following two fatal shootings by federal officers in the city, was downplayed by some Trump administration officials as not a demotion.

However, “The Daily Show” host Desi Lydic had a different perspective on Tuesday.

She argued that the reports of the Department of Homeland Security cutting off Bovino’s access to his social media accounts were a “clear, definite sign that Trump has lost his confidence in Bovino.”

“Oh, he’s toast,” she quipped.

Lydic went on to say, “This administration practically runs on shitposting so there’s no greater punishment to them than telling someone, ‘Turn in your badge and your dank memes.’ I’m just kidding, they don’t have badges.”
