OKC restaurateur debuting $11M Broadway 10 steakhouse in Cherry Creek
Broadway 10 Opens Second Location in Denver’s Cherry Creek Neighborhood
Jeff Dixon, along with co-owner Nathan Couch, has expanded Broadway 10 with a new location in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. The duo invested $11 million in this venture, a significant increase from the $2.4 million spent on the original Oklahoma City spot back in 2014.
When asked about the decision to go big with the new location, Dixon explained, “I had visions of grandeur. I didn’t want to be a one-off restaurant group, so I went big.” The Denver outpost, located in a new office building at the corner of University Boulevard and Third Avenue, has been in the works for years for Provision Concepts, the steakhouse’s parent company based in Oklahoma.
The new space features a horseshoe-shaped bar with a 99-inch TV, surrounded by butcher block, white tablecloth booths, and a wine room housing over 250 labels. An open kitchen and bar allow patrons to watch their meat cook over pecan-, hickory-, and oak-fueled flames. The restaurant also boasts two private dining rooms and local artwork adorning the walls.
Local firm Semple Brown handled the design, while Waner Construction served as the general contractor for the project. Dixon’s artwork, displayed for the first time in his restaurants, adds a personal touch to the space.

Dixon anticipates that the Denver location will be the flagship in terms of sales, with projected annual revenue exceeding $10 million. As Provision Concepts expands, additional Broadway 10s are planned for locations in Norman and Tulsa, Oklahoma; Fort Worth, Texas; Scottsdale, Arizona; and Bentonville, Arkansas.
Despite facing delays, including city permitting issues, Couch emphasized the importance of getting the project right. He stated, “Our focus was, if we’re going to do this right, don’t rush it. There are too many great restaurants and restaurateurs in this market to come in and underperform.”
With plans to introduce more of Provision’s concepts in the Denver metro area, including southern suburbs like Lone Tree, Dixon and Couch are committed to delivering a high-quality dining experience for patrons. The duo aims to maintain the same menu offerings at the Denver location, with a focus on locally sourced ingredients.
