Police Give Update on Influencer Who Vanished After Clown Video

Fashion influencer Flor Marian Izaguirre Pineda, who was reported missing in Uruapan, Mexico, has been found safe by authorities. The Michoacán Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that the 23-year-old influencer was located in a Morelia hotel on Saturday, September 6. She had allegedly been staying at the hotel for multiple days, and her vehicle was also found at the same location.

According to a statement from the Prosecutor’s Office, Izaguirre was treated by paramedics and taken to a hospital for further evaluation. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding her disappearance is ongoing in order to provide clarity on the case.

The news of Izaguirre’s disappearance had spread rapidly through Michoacán’s Alba Alert system on September 1. Izaguirre, who has a following of over 4 million on TikTok, was last seen driving a red Kia Rio on the day she went missing.

Prior to her disappearance, Izaguirre, known online as Marian Izaguirre, had posted a video of herself wearing clown makeup on TikTok. In the emotional clip, she lip-synced to a song titled “Why Are You Leaving?” and expressed her feelings through her performance. The comments section of the post was flooded with well wishes and prayers for her safe return.

This incident comes shortly after the tragic discovery of TikTok star Esmeralda Ferrer Garibay and her family, who were found dead inside a car in Mexico on August 22. Authorities uncovered Esmeralda, her husband Roberto Carlos Gil Licea, and their children Gael Santiago and Regina in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara. The investigation revealed evidence suggesting that the family had been murdered at the scene.

The circumstances surrounding both cases highlight the dangers that influencers and social media personalities may face in their line of work. It serves as a reminder of the importance of safety measures and precautions, both online and offline, for individuals in the public eye.
