Post Malone Served Court Papers by Ex Before Coachella Performance

Post Malone’s former fiancée, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, reportedly served him legal papers just two days before his performance at Coachella Weekend 2. The rapper, whose real name is Austin Malone, was allegedly located at a Downtown Los Angeles apartment building by a process server hired by Park to deliver the documents, as per documents obtained by InTouch on April 22.
Both Malone, 29, and Park recently filed petitions for custody of their young daughter, whose name and age have not been disclosed. The couple welcomed their child in 2023 and parted ways before April 2025. Malone filed for custody in a Utah court on April 14, while Park submitted her motion in a separate Los Angeles court on April 16.
Reports from Page Six and TMZ revealed that Malone filed in Utah due to the initial co-parenting arrangements with Park. Details of Malone’s custody request remain undisclosed, while Park sought sole physical custody and joint legal custody. Park’s petition mentioned that their daughter lived with both parents until November 2024.
The couple had kept their relationship private, with Malone confirming their relationship and Park’s pregnancy in May 2022. In a rare interview on Apple Music in July 2023, Malone expressed how fatherhood had changed him, emphasizing the importance of enjoying the journey of parenthood. He also mentioned living with Park and their daughter in Salt Lake City, Utah.
During an interview on CBS Sunday Morning in August 2024, Malone spoke about the profound impact of fatherhood on his life, stating that becoming a father had forever changed him for the better. He expressed his love for his daughter and the unforgettable experience of hearing her cry.
The ongoing custody battle between Malone and Park has attracted significant media attention, as the couple navigates the complexities of co-parenting their daughter. As the legal proceedings continue, both parties are focused on providing the best life for their child amidst the challenges of their high-profile careers.
