Ramos Law buys southeast Denver office for $3M

Attorney Joe Ramos Expands His Personal Injury Firm with New Office Location

Renowned attorney Joe Ramos is taking his personal injury firm to new heights with the recent purchase of a 15,600-square-foot building at the corner of Hampden Avenue and Monaco Street in Denver. The $3 million deal, at $189 per square foot, marks a significant milestone for Ramos Law.

Ramos Law, known for its expertise in personal injury cases, will consolidate its offices in east Denver and Centennial into this new location at 6500 E. Hampden Ave. Ramos cited the booming business in the south as the driving force behind this strategic move.

The property was acquired from UMB Bank, which obtained it through the 2025 acquisition of Heartland Financial. The location, previously home to a Citywide Banks branch, offers convenience with its proximity to the freeway and Centennial Airport, crucial for the firm’s aviation practice.

By owning the real estate for his southeast Denver operations, Ramos aims to better manage his triple-net expenses and make strategic investments in his business. This move reflects his commitment to providing top-notch legal services while controlling costs in a challenging economic environment.

With a background in medicine, Ramos has a unique advantage in the personal injury niche. His firm boasts three full-time doctors who assist clients in understanding their medical issues, setting Ramos Law apart from traditional law firms.

Headquartered in a 50,000-square-foot building in Northglenn, Ramos Law has expanded its reach to eight offices across Colorado. The firm’s growth trajectory reflects Ramos’ vision and dedication to providing exceptional legal services to clients.
